I&#39;m new to this kind of thing especially the procedures of registering the car and other things. My training is incomplete and always delayed. The people who work there have years of experience, and i&#39;m the newest there. Problem is, whenever I ask questions to the senior, they will always say &quot;don&#39;t know&quot;. Sometimes and very rare they will just answer a little things. When I ask the admins questions, they kinda look down on me, that I don&#39;t know anything. Of course I know that I can&#39;t wait for them to feed me all the time, so I did help myself to find out the answers to my problems or questions by my ownself, but there are still some part of things that only them will know the answer but they are always selfish. I&#39;m new and they expect me to know everything? Sometimes I also ask the boss questions, but end up getting &#39;shoot&#39; by the boss. Wth? There was one time I asked the boss one question, he doesn&#39;t know the answer, and to &#39;save face&#39;, he scolded me bla bla just to make himself feel better. ALL I NEED IS SOME GUIDANCE AND TEACHINGS IN THE BEGINNING AND THEN I WILL BE ABLE TO DO THINGS ON MY OWN, WHY CAN&#39;T THEY DO THAT LITTLE FAVOUR FOR ME? But I want to know what is the salary that I will get if I work in the same category of firms in a small town like batu pahat? (anyone knows?) I went for an interview once for an accounting/audit firm in batu pahat and the boss told me the salary I asked for was too high(rm1500) and in fact what I will get is about rm600 to rm700.<br /><br />I&#39;m wondering is it what the boss said was true, or he just want to save cost?
