Peal Mermaid Brand Agar-agar powder is made from agar-agar strips, which is a kind of seaweed, extracted and hygienically packed.
1 Each sachet contains 25 grams of agar-agar powder, Pour powder into 2.5 liters of water (about 10 rice bowls), cook and stir until boil.
2 Add in 0.5 kg sugar and keep stirring for another 5 minutes, or until dissolve. Flavourings and colour can be added as desired.
3 Pour into mould or tray and let it set. For better taste, store in refrigerator before serving.
