New Apartment pending for 10 years.....

To all sifus,

My dad have brought a apartment since 10 years ago in Puncak Jalil, but until today still not yet get the keys.
I checked with some agent, they said the apartment not yet get the title and developer side keep on postpone the completion date.
Every month we are paying the loan interest without ending story.
Kindly advice what we can do for this case?
We want to contact other buyer for the apartment but we are no idea how to do and what to do.

Highly need advise from Prudential bsn takaful agent.
My father-in-law brought a insurance under Prudential Takaful for few years ago.
Last month, he confirmed that he have cancer.
He try to use his prudential takaful insurance for oncology treatment but doctor said he need to pay 1st then claim back from insurance company. The amount about 30K. If the person did not have much money how to pay out for big amount, why need insurance?
The hospital is panel for the insurance.
We have ask the agent, the agent said need to pay 1st and claim also not 100%.
Just ask us go to each panel of hospital if can use card without pay

Same to my colleagues and friends have same planning so.
With current economy, heard many people resign but unable find job.
What is the main point to make you resign?
Because of money $$ for sure.. job satisfaction!.. motivation!.. career achievement!.. bosses/colleagues!
Everyone also want to find easy job, high salary, good benefit, good bossess.

I have a problem with a ceilling lamp with fan.
The fan is functionable but light not working althought I changed the light bulb.
I want to find a electrical man but also difficult, small case like this not much people want to fix it.
So I think I need to fix it myself.
Sifu have any idea for fix this light? It will wasted if change the whole set.
I go to light shop, they said the light bulb already obsolete is better change to LED light.
Highly appreciated for your advice.

Dealing with mental problem neighbor.

As title how to dealing with mental problem neighbor?
Background:
We just buy a 2nd hand house a year ago, everything is good with peaceful neighborhood when we view the house.
The story start when we get the key and start for renovation, opposite neighbor a aunty around 60++ years old (which we miss-out to check when view the house) just scolding us without any reason. I called the previous owner, he mention that the opposite neighbor have mental issue like to scold ppl. I like @.@ . No choice as we already brought the house, what to do.
We try to patient and tolerance with the aunty every time she scolding and even throw stone to our house.
Until yesterday, already beh tahan. My car parked outside my house, the aunty throw the stone to our car and house.
We worries about our car, the aunty keep on scolding without any reason then we just reply back 'what is your issue?'
She said is us throw things to her house so make she angry & throw the stone to us. We didn't even dare talk to her, don't said throw things to her.
We really didn't hv idea how to handles this mental problem aunty, what we can do? She live with her brother but her brother didn't care about it. Just let she scolding, screaming and throw stone to their neighbor although in midnight or early morning. Other neighbor have called police before but also not use. What we can do? Combine all the neighbor and report to police?

Headache of first time buyer

Really need advice from expert.
Just a summary for my house case:
My and my wife just buy our 1st house (second-hand) on end of July with signed S&P and Offer Letter.
All lawyer (S&P & Loan) payment have been made.
I though just waiting for receive key only.
Have receive a call from a valuer that need to prepare the report of valuation of the house.
Okay, so I think will be settle it within 1 week but until today almost 2 week still preparing the report.
I called the valuer but rejected my call.. So bad..
We have a agent who settle all the things to us, she said cannot rush the valuer if not the report will 'not good'..
I would like to inquiry how long is the valuer to prepare the report ? really cannot rush them?
My house is freehold, as we signed the S&P on July is mean Oct will need to settle all the things ? If not will kena saman ?
As my agent said freehold is 3months + 1month so no need rush, is it true ?

Advice highly needed.. Thanks a lot..

I will be sign loan offer letter and S&P soon with using same lawyer with seller.
May I know what I need to aware or take note before sign the S&P ?
As informed from my friend, she hv the bad experience with using same lawyer with seller..
She said the lawyer will take care or benefit more to the seller instead to both parties..
