My CPU So Hot !

Hye pro
need ur help @ opinion here

Story start from here :

1. My CPU got problem and after running a check i decided that my mobo crush so i decided to change it to a new one..then

2. i check my proc and it stated this :

intel 04
pentium4
541 sl8j2 malay
3.20ghz/1m/800/04a
L522b174

3. after asking help from lyn and frens and doing lil bit googling..i found out that dis mobo can suit my proc..
so i decided to use dis mobo..dis mobo name is :

GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L

4. im done wit buying the mobo and also done attach it into my cpu so its time to format..

5. the problem is here...i cant format my cpu bcoz its too hot...i checked my temperature in dos and its stated 95 % @ 95 celcius ?? (i cant remember it)

6. wat happen eh?im still using stock fan for proc..do i need to change it?or my new mobo got prob?or my proc got prob??for your information..im using acer pc..

7. after that i put coolant on it and the format process succes !! now i can get into windows but after an hour my pc will hang and i believe its cause by the heat from proc..

plz guys..i really need ur help here

how to choose a new Motherboard

i need to buy a new motherboard...
the old one crashed..
but i dont know how too choose the motherboard...
can someone guide me how to choose a motherboard??

as long as i know..
im using ddr2 667 ram
sata HDD
500w PSU
Pentium 4

And all this stated on my faulty motherboard
1. PCIE Express
2. FSB 800
3. RC 410-M2 REV :1.0
4. DDR2 667

Can't turn on my pc (desktop)

Hai bro...

me need help here..
i cant turn on my pc..actually this problem happened long time ago but i juz now i decided too repair my pc n use it back...

the sympthom :

1. i turn on the main power (not switch on/off on CPU) and i can see the fan on motherboard spin for 1 second then it stop...

2. after that i try to turn on my CPU by switching on the switch on CPU and i can see the lamp on the switch turn on for 1 second only then it turn off back..

3. i need to keep switch on and off main power (not switch on/off on CPU) to make this thing happen..i mean to see the fan on motherboard spin for 1 second and the lamp turn on for 1 second off/on CPU switch..otherwise it will not happen..

4. FYI, my HDD is broken so i plug off it..my explanation up there is base on situation without HDD plug in..

~~what happen wit my pc?someone suggest that my my motherboard is broken but i think its better to get advise from people who really good n pro in pc troubleshooting coz me so noob with pc..only noe how to use it...
