Hi All,

I was wondering, if there any possible to Customize AIO.
Since this AIO is big hit over the market, but the expansion is little less than full custom watercool.

The initial idea was like this :

1. Normal ID-Cooling Frostflow 240.
2. Tubing.
3. Reservoir and D5 pump.

The purpose of this idea is for :

1. Increase the waterflow as it will combine Build in Pump and D5 puml.
2. Use different solution (liquid) for better heat transfer.
3. Cosmetic purpose, look good with lower budget.

Hope expert can give extra advice.

Hi all.

I've been holding on this business idea, to start hiring fresh graduate or student.
Providing them with rented house too, and basic need of living (bed, work / study desk, and wardrobe).

The idea is very simple, I go out to get project, (IT related like building web portal, database creation, ios/android apps).
Pay them necessarily, and they just stay in provided accommodation.
So they have more time to work(even until midningt up to them), less time wasted on transport.

Making the culture like working from home.
With proper home office.

Benefit :
1. Easy to monitor their progress.
2. They can brainstorm together since living under 1 roof.
3. Can replace any under perform person without any issue since accommodation were provided.
4. More bonding among the team.

**Actually I just secured 1 project, to develop registrar system for private collage.
Weight with quite good number. Wonder if it a good time and good platform to start my idea above or stick to conventional style.

Since C-HR now official in Malaysia, so it add another competitor to Crossover player.

I am planning to change to new car by this October or December as still funding for the Downpayment.
Targeting to get CX-3, since my cousin own HR-V already so it won't go for to my list anymore.
Checking on the C-HR price, I don't think it a good value for Crossover segment.

Now wonder, shall I keep my myvi or trade it later with new car.
My myvi already done 130K KM, and it 6 years old coming this May.

Reason of buying? Getting married and future family planning.

I middle of Dilemma

I've been using Huawei P8 Lite for almost 3 years now.
Planning to change new phone as current one keep hang.

The Option as per below :

1. Apple iPhone 8 by Celcom, upfront RM700+-, and monthly RM268 for 24Month.

2. Huawei P10 by Celcom, upfront RM1500+-, monthly RM98 with RM300 Rebate. Contract 24Month.

3. Cash OnePlus 5, RM2200+-. Still need to subscribe postpaid around RM70-100 per month.

Dunwant to waste so much money in 1 shot. But long run also cost me bomb.

Solution found.
Opt for EPF KWSP for MARA, can clear half of loan around 20K.
The rest will apply for reduction.

Citibank, will opt for 6 month option, 1K for 5 month and 600 on 6th month.
It's okey bear the cost, RUGI for 1.6K but better this way as lesson learned.

Still, try my best to get it cleared on end of December, so I can close year with slight smile in face.
Working hard always paid, but how hard and how good the number based on luck itself.

Since paying unifi advance RM199/month, exclude 6% GST,
Plan to terminate my Unifi and seek for other alternative.

Reason of termination :
1. Haven't use on daily basis.
2. Rarely at home, only come back by 10pm, and out by 6am.
3. Most torrent site down, nothing to download from internet.
4. Didn't play online game that require unlimited quota.

Alternative requirement :
1. At least can provide 50GB per month (since once I start download, it will entire game/software/movie package).
2. Stable and fast, may use it on weekend for movie streaming, 720p minimum.
3. Didn't as expensive as unifi.
4. Portable will greater.

Please don't suggest TIME, as at my place not in TIME coverage.
Any advice from expert.

Hi all,

Make long story short, recently I try to make Loan for Satria Neo (Used) with RM28K amount.
With my current salary and commitment, should be green light to proceed.

But then the car shop call me, said that I have CCRIS. Bank can't proceed with the loan.
As far as I remember, not much loan and all paid accordingly.
Even my Citibank Credit Card should be paid off more than a year ago.

What should I do?
Afraid when go to BNM, I already declare as Bankrupt due to unknown piling interest or anything that I missed out.
But I need to make sure all my record clear again.
Don't want this Hassle with Loan Life.

I've been driving with grabcar for past 3 month.
And I'm using my lousy myvi to earn some money with it.

But since it my own car, and I did mod it last time before I use it for Grabcar.

As i'm rolling with HWL Hi Low Soft Hard setting.
All adjustable, fresh bush with all UR bar.

Did I should change back to stock, since the ride quite stiff and bump hard.
Pity my passengers if they not used with this kind of ride.
