gosh..... was doing my 2nd set and on the 3rd rep, bar slipped a little while pulling up.... there it goes..... knew I blew my back though it only felt a little weird.... true enough, within an hour I had to lie down and rest.... could hardly walk or sit....

deadlift forearm pain

Hi. I'm losing grip while doing deadlift. Not using alternate grip as I dun feel comfortable with it. Now having pain at my elbows(golfer's elbow).

Will using strap be a good solution?

bought my pilot super sport early this year and used for about 10k km only..... just noticed that it's worn down to the wear indicator already. That's pretty fast considering it's rated at 300 thread wear...

but then... it's a pretty good tire..... very good dry grip. can't say about wet grip as I dun push when it's raining. wears evenly..... I'm just surprised at the wear rate only..... Anybody has any alternative to this tire? gotta give almost the same dry grip but better threadwear....

My partner's car just got snatched/hijacked at 9.30am in front of Metro Prima, Kepong. Mercedes SLK200 WSW5886 black colour.

Apparently 2 young well dressed chinese chap in a new white vw car. One of them carrying a hand gun.
