Beware while using poslaju

Guys.. beware while using poslaju.. i ordered a phone from lelong and the parcel arrived today.. while receiving the parcel, it seem like the parcel is well wrapped and no evidence of item lost.. while i open the parcel i was shocked that what i saw was not a phone box but cereal box instead.. inside the cereal box they put water bottle with water filled in to make the parcel weight like actual item.. but after i checked and checked again.. i found that at the bottom of the parcel, there was a hole cut by something sharp like cutter.. but it was glued back nicely by using clear tape.. you wont found out if you dont really look at it carefully.. here is the evidence..

hi bb sifus.. i'm noob in bb actually.. just change phone to bb about 5 days ago..
i wanna ask.. what i know is if i wanna upgrade th os i need to subscribe to bis, connect my bb to computer, open bb website and update.. Can i do this if i only subscribe BIS by digi prepaid rm2/day bis?
