previously I had apply for an internship job and get the job offer.
But now I having some urgent problem and can't attend for the job. (The job required intern to work minimum for 3 months, I'm not able to make it )

Anyone can give some suggestion how should I reject a job offer or interview properly?
It is better to done through email or phone call?

Wish to open a cloth shop

My friends and I wish to share to start a cloth business, but we hope to sell the cloth that design by ourselves and not retail from wholesale.
But we really dunno where to find any factory for the manufacturer of the cloth(design provided by us)

Now i taking TARC diploma in business studies (accounting) and graduate soon.. i plan to continue my degree for acounting at another college/uni..
Can someone give me some opinion?
The college my friend and family are Nottingham, HELP, Sunway, Monash, MMU, UTAR, Metropolitan and Taylors..
There are too much college and i now very blur..
I not really noe the difference about all these college/uni..

-For sunway and monash, which my friend say is the best choice(?), the fees are too expensive and my parent cant afford it..
-For Nottingham, which my cousin study there say that it is a good uni.. but due to my laziness, my cgpa for diploma cant go to Nottingham , summore the fees very expensive oso..
-For Metropolitan, some of my friend say this college is very good, but my cousin say that she never heard about this college so she not very agree that i should study at there..
-For UTAR, some says it is cheaper, but some says actually all the fees add together is almost same with other college and should choose a better one..
-For HELP, MMU and Taylors, i not really know about these college, what i know is these college is good in business studies, HELP can get an overseas degree and MMU is a local degree..

I will graduate this month so i hope that i can go to the may intake without wasting time (feel like now i changing college already wasted my time )

1)Can i know is that all college i state above hav a requirement for the cgpa? My cgpa only 3.0.. can i know i can't meet which college requirement?(eg. Nottingham) So that i can reduce my choices..
2)For u all opinion, is that getting an overseas degree is important?
3)Hope that somebody can tell me about the range of fees of these college/uni.. About how much? I cant find the fees at their website..
4)Most probably i will continue my study at HELP as my cousin study there before(quite long time ago), is this a good choices??
5)Is that better for me to continue my study at other college or i should continue study at TARC?

Please giv me some advice, for my situation which college is a better choice..
My english i not very good(so to explain it i write till too long ) hope tat u all can understand wat i trying to ask..

I know that there is few programme for taking degree in accounting..
That is taking the degree of University of Queensland, University of East London, and degree from HELP college..
Can someone giv some opinion about which is better?
