Is hotel safe safe?

As per topic.

I frequently travel overseas and usually store my jewelry in the hotel safe. Sometimes I think locking it in my luggage might be safer. What are your thoughts, and have there been any known incidents?

Maid issue

3 months ago I hired a new maid, everything is very satisfy as my wife and I treat her best possible like our own family. The only thing she needs to do is to take care our newborn 6 months baby as priority, and house chore can do it later which she did well.

Now the issue is, according to the agency she agree and allow to use phone once a week during weekend. One day we saw the CCTV she curi curi take out the phone to use and never put back.

The question is are we suppose to give her use all the time or ignore and act like I never know or dont let her use? I would like to hear some expert here.

Can I transfer my NCD without renewing roadtax?

My new car is coming out, but my previous car roadtax may be due before my new car out. I plan to transfer my NCD only sell my old car. Do I need to waste money to pay to renew, transfer then sell my old car?

I have finish paid of 1 of my hire purchase loan during 2021, now they lost it and ask me to go JPJ to reprint the geran and compensate for the cost of printing. Is this the right procedure?

I am currently driving a subaru BRZ as a daily driving car with no issue for 6 years and finally settled off my debts with some healthy loan. I am planning to get another car for recruitment field in an investment bank.

My number 1 concern is profiling.

I do aware of the maintenance of all car after further research.

Bentley GT, i could just replace subaru as daily drive car.

Huracan is quite struggling as huge downpayment differ from the other 2 car.

R8, I do like this one but due to Audi logo isn’t as bright compare to the other 2.
