Hi, I would like to recommend this Indonesian Contractor by the name of Muniri. 012 362 6561. I used him for a couple of years and he is reliable and honest. In fact, I passed the keys of my rented place to him and trust him to do a good job.
He can do painting, plumbing work, electrical work (got Indonesians working with him).
Price is reasonable e.g. painting entire apartment 825 sq ft RM1700 without doors, and ceilings... just paint the walls.

If you call him for a quote, tell him recommendation from his friend, Patrick.

Where to get bathroom ocean-themed tiles

Hi, I am renovating my bathroom and am looking for ocean inspired tiles preferably blue theme.
I saw some beautiful dory fish tiles at HomePro (IOI Putrajaya) but it has a white background.
Flooring ideally pictures of sea or sand.
I saw some stones-picture tiles at Homepro.

Am thinking of going to Jalan Ipoh tile shops but not looking forward to going shop by shop

Can anyone advise me where to look for ocean themed tiles?

Rental Market Softening?

Recently, 3 new buildings have been completed at Bandar Sunway and a couple more on the way.
I noticed a lot of advertisements for sale and for rental especially in Bandar Sunway.
Are these indications that the rental market is softening in Klang Valley, especially Bandar Sunway.

What do you think and the basis for your reasoning?

any thoughts of buying shoplots in GM Klang Warehouse Ctr?

The developer TSI has managed GM Plaza in Chow Kit for past 10 years.
Now, they are building a new warehouse ctr in Klang.
This phase has 500 shops with rental guarantee of 8% for 5 years.
Psf about Rm1000. I think existing tenants (which are in temporary bldg) took up almost 70% of the units.
Now, more than 80% sold.

I am looking for fully flexible commercial loans for 2 shoplot units of GM Wholesale Klang (to be constructed)/
Each unit cost slightly more than 200,000. Both units have rental guarantees of 8%pa for 5 years upon completion and will be used for rental (investors), not owner occupied. The expected date of completion is 2 years time.
