Help to build/upgrade to play dota 2 1080p

I would like to upgrade my rig to play dota 2 1080P with max setting. However due to price increase in amd card(im looking at rx580 for freesync 144hz), i hold back my purchase.

At this moment, can i upgrade/ change certain part to play dota 2 1080P with max setting for short term while wait for rx580 or other available amd card for freesync 144 hz? i notice GPU run at 100% and CPU run at 50% while i gaming.

The problem when i faced when i play dota 2 with 100% rendering, 1080p, low setting, is graphic not smooth, stuttering, the game just not enjoyable. I'm not sure due to CPU/GPU unable to cope with the game requirement, or due to vram insufficient.

Anyone feel free to give me any suggestion/comment, i just want to play dota 2 and don't want to break my wallet.
My current build:
1) Proc: Intel i3 3220 3.3GHz
2) MOBO : B75MA-P45
3) RAM : 8G ram ddr3 665mhz
4) GPU : Shappire HD7790 Dual X OC 1GBDDR5 (OCed to 1320 core,1695 memory)
5) PSU : FSP Hexa 500W
9) Monitor : Benq GL2450 Flicker Free

Budget: as low as i can, as long as i can have smooth 1080p dota 2 gaming

Update: i bought i5-2500 and gtx 1060 3gb, with vsync on still got minor micro shuttering(but still better than previous card), without vsync on it just not smooth, with max setting, i can get ard 100 fps, i guess i need to get a 144 hz monitor to have smooth gaming:(

i also wonder why my memory usage(vram) so low, around 700-800mb, i saw others max setting is ard 1.5kmb..hmm

Sifus,

Before Dota 7, i run Dota 2 smoothly, after dota 7 launch, getting performance drop in fps.

if i on vsync, graphic wise is smooth, however fps will drop to 30-50 when war.

if i off vsync, i will experience screen tearing although fps is high around 50-70.

im playing dota 2 with 1080p

Animate portrait
AA
Ambient Occlusion
high quality water
vsync
borderless window
render quality:100%

others all low or off.

i notice that it din help even i lower down the graphic setting, also means even i put texture quality high, i feel same as texture quality low.

is it due to cpu bottlenecking or simply GPU not good enug?

my aim is to play dota 2 with 1080p can sustain 60 fps during war.

Sifus, kindly advise and help, appreciate!!

sifus, please help..

im a dota2 players, no other games basically.

recently i found im having some issue with the graphic display on my monitor, not sure is due to dota 7.00 update or hardware issue.

i) if i on vsync, i can get stable 60 fps when there is no war. if there is a war, fps will drop to 30-50 (its depends on units and skills)

ii) if i off vsync, i can get fps 70-90 when there is no war,(im not sure on fps during the war since im using vsync all the while), however the graphic is choppy and suttering sometimes (due to monitor 60hz limitation or?)

should i change to 144hz monitor? will it resolve my issue? if yes, any recommendation for cheap 144hz monitor? (Is HKC or some korean 144hz monitor is good?)

appreciate for any comment and suggestions.

i just built my comp and have tried to install 3 graphic card driver from cd, amd site and sapphire site, for mobo, i only install for audio, chipset and lan driver. But the prob occur. Once in a while my screen will freeze...flash a black and white checkered screen...
