Any changes after Using Braces ?

hey everyone, I search around from google to here and youtube too but its seems nothing increase my interest and real answer to me. My question is " if there any changes to face after using braces"?? before i'm going to dentist Desa Pandan near KFC. I know the answer would be you smile will be good to look and so on, but i'm so afraid if my Jaw change after using it.... so before i decided to use braces at least i wanted to know DOES it really change??

p/s: looking and searching at youtube and google is bad idea for this... a lots of condition could happen... and its really scare's me though.
