Output to 2 monitor

Hi sifus here......... i have a tv tuner card which i occasionally use to watch terrestrial tv.
I have 2 monitors and my desktop runs on a graphic card that has dvi & hdmi output.

The thing is... how can i watch TV on one monitor while the other monitor for other usage eg; web browsing ?
Is this possible? For TV tuner im using powercinema.

I intend to purchase a condominium soon and need ur advise.
Being exposed to only landed properties, i'm unsure what level/floor i need to be on to avoid mozzies.
Been hearing differing views from my frens...... some say 7th floor is good enuff while some say 15th floor to be sure.

Condo dwellers.... your advice please!

My sis has a DFI motherboard and recently found out that of the 3 ram slots,
only one is working.

the mobo is only about 1 year old and no overclocking done.

Why like that ah?
