            <description>Hi sifus here......... i have a tv tuner card which i occasionally use to watch terrestrial tv.&lt;br /&gt;I have 2 monitors and my desktop runs on a graphic card that has dvi &amp;amp; hdmi output.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The thing is... how can i watch TV on one monitor while the other monitor for other usage eg; web browsing ?&lt;br /&gt;Is this possible? For TV tuner im using powercinema.</description>
