PSP Got Robbed

where do u usually play your psp? i'm a frequent lrt traveler, i use lrt and bus to work so having a psp was a godsend.

but i dont think it really contributed to me being robbed tho. see i was robbed when i was walking to LRT Hang tuah station near timesquare, that time i was listening to my psp with headphones out, psp's in the bag. actually i got robbed and beaten till fainted. a group of ppl surrounded me and beat me up. then ran away with my stuff. right out in public, right out in the open, when theres still a traffic jam on the road. plus theres still plenty ppl aroudn at that time. talk about unfortunate events.

so the robbers that got away with my sling bag is in for a surprise, when they discover the PSP in my bag. they probably thought its a simple mp3 player at first.

or perhaps they have targeted me when they say me playing my PSP while waiting for train?

speaking of which its so rare to see a psp out, i only saw another nintendo DS in my lifetime while travelling in LRT. oh and couple ngage. gosh. where is all the portable gaming ppl?? do you guys buy your psp so u can play during traffic jam or at home? kinda miss the point of gaming on the go doesnt it.

i really want to play while i'm waiting for train or bus, but really, after being robbed, i'm not sure if I should anymore. heck i am not even sure if i should listen to mp3. perhaps a book will do.

so be careful owners of PSP, due to the rarity of it, if unscrupulous ppl saw u with it, you may become target or beat and run robbery. sad. i only had mine for 2 months. and its such a great machine. cost me nearly a month's pay even. sob.

do i need to modify my nintendo DS lite to use R4?

i just got a NDS Lite as a gift so i can't really do much with it yet. so after a few consultation with the internet i found that having R4 is a necessity NDS owner.

i went to a neigbourhood mall and one of the stalls happen to sell R4 at rm180. he tried it on my NDS Lite and on the screen i got a msg saying "can't find DS_menu_" something
after pressing and checking stuff on my NDS, he concluded that i have to modify my NDS lite and that will cost me another rm150.
according to R4 site, it says i just need to have proper files in my microSD card and my NDS should be able to run it without glitch. could it be he's using an empty microSD card in the R4? did you modify yours? all the forums i go to regarding R4 never mention anything about modifying ur NDS before running it.

i called a friend that has NDS, he said i have to modify mine before i can use R4. i'm so confuse now.

i'm going to sg wang to buy my r4. but i want to be sure if i should modify it or not. or i have to fork out extra money to modify it.
