Details of the complaint :
- On Nov 4 2011, Bought Filesonic LIFETIME Premium Account from thana_akbar for RM190. The payment was made through Paypal.
- Initially he was very helpful in setting up the account and verified the account is valid. I was happy and thought he is a good and responsible seller. He also keep asking me to introduce more friend for the deals.
- Unfortunately after 2 weeks, the Premium account was no longer valid. Upon checking with Filesonic website, the account created has been considered high possibility of FRAUD and it was terminated. Filesonic also confirmed that they've refund the money back to the seller.
- Even though the seller has gotten back money from Filesonic but he kept silent and ignored all my emails. I've tried with multiple attempts to reach him even via Paypal resolution Center as well as my personal email and yet he kept silent. I noticed from time to time he still login in to Lowyat.net but just not responding at all despite giving him more than 1 month to response back.
- Thus, I've no choice to report out this irresponsible seller exist in this forum and do hope no one else will be conned by him.
