To investor,

I have booked 1 retail shop in One City 6 months ago, after go thru all the loan process.
MBB given the option to approve the loan with condition.
We need to put RM100K into fixed deposit with interest given (under our own name), so we have no right to take your money as the fixed deposit is under your name.

One City has given a guarantee of 9 years rental return.
Besides that, we go it as the early bird so got another extra percentage discount.

Currently, this retail shop is under 2 name. If you interested to invest, your name will be added in and will divide into 50% (us) and 50% (yours).
We only have RM50K only hand and we need another investor having RM50K on hand to get the loan approval.
Otherwise, our booking will be cancelled.

What is the different between Non Free Legal Package and Free Legal Documentation Package?

If I want to buy a house costs RM300,000 with down payment RM20,000 and monthly payment for RM1,500.
I choosed (Fixed for first 5 years)plan, how long can I finish pay for the whole loan?

What does this means?
"1st 5 years: 5.95% p.a.
Thereafter: BLR - 1.65% p.a"
Is this means 1st 5 years are 5.95% interest, then the following years are 1.65%?

Why "fixed for first 3 years" plan interest is lower than "fixed for first 5 years"?
I thought the more fixed years I take, the lower interest I get.
Can explain some about this?

Final thing is "what does means taking home loan are better than put in FD?"

I am looking for a dial up service and I found this TM 1515.

I got a question to ask:
- If I connected to the internet, will I be able to receive calls or make calls with the phone?
- About the speed 56.6kps, roughly how long will it takes to load "www.google.com"?
- If I get this package (1515 RM10- 1200 Minutes). During the 1200 Minutes connected to internet, is there any 1515 call charges? Or the call changed is included?
- If I want to get a new phone number, how much do I need to pay? How long will it takes? (*question added)

My frens de Nokia6630 kena water edi.
Cant switch on, but will vibrating non stop if i put on the battery. and the buzz got a bit sound.
Help him opened it and use hair dryer to dry it. but also no use. Now just opened it and wait alter, see can switch on or not lor

Any idea to repair it? Take it to phone shop? or any DIY way to repair it?

HELP! 6260 problem....

Few days ago, i changed my 6260 to a new housing. But after i changed then housing, i just notice tat the housing not nice, so i change back to the old housing.
After i changed back to the old housing, when i switch on my phone. The lcd light turns on, but there didn't have any words or image comes out. Even "Nokia" words also dun have. But got turns on sound and can makes call.
I checked online about this problem. They say this problem can be fix after i upgraded my firmware. Is this true? or is there any other way to fix this problem?
I tried to format my phone, but it din works.

Pls contact me if u can help me fix this problem.
