Main Hole Location Need to relocate?

I plan to extend kitchen(back yard area) which have space around 11'.
Kitchen extension will take around 9'. Left space about 2'.
My concern point is mainhole will be underneath of the extend area.
I notice normally house owner will either of below options:
1. Seal main hole(permanent) under extend area
Cons: This options has high risk if main hole pipe block or clog. Worst case floor need to hack
This is my worry point.
2. Main hole location remain and can be access(open) inside Kitchen. New cover need to be make for main hole
Cons: bad smell from main hole
Pro:Any issue on main hole, still can be fived. No floor hacking required

However, I/m thinking to adjust the main hole(& kicthen waste hole) and the whole underneath piping to outside kitchen extend area.
Reason are to avoid bad smell inside kitchen and main hole still can be access outside just in case needed.
But this will be major work and cost a lot of money i think.
Will this idea and spending worth it?

I would like to know forumer experience and how you deal with it

Looking for 3D media player

Currently use X-Treamer Pro for watching HD movies. so far so good
I will upgrade my TV to 3D TV soon. So, i'm looking for 3D media player:
- support DTS MA and Dolby True HD
-prefer to have built in tray for 3.5" HDD
- able to play various file format as much as possible
-decent quality for picture & sound
-budget around RM500

need your advice and recommendation

Footing size for two stories extension

hi..
I plan to extend my house DS Semi D:kitchen(1st floor) and room(2nd floor).
I would like to know recommended footing size spec.
base on tom jason, he mention 5x5 size is recommended.
I did ask one of contractor,he mention 3x3 is enough since soil is solid.
