Which wall paint for beginner painter?

I'm looking for interior wall paint that can be easily clean and applied by beginner painters like me.
I saw a few choices like Dulux EasyClean, Nippon EasyWash and Jotun EasyClean but don't know which one to choose. What about MCI?
As for the application, do I just paint a new layer over it?
Cause my house is new unit that already painted with Jotaplast Max but I need to repaint it due to the electrical works and air cond piping that leaves visible marks.

Hello. Posting here if anyone came across this skin condition before. I've been getting many red spots around my cheek for few months. It's painless and not itchy. Pretty sure not caused by allergic. But not sure if it's rosacea.

It will turn even redder after wash my face. I have history of easily blush when consume alcohol. Not sure it's relatable? Is it pores or what? Urgh very annoying.

Anyone had experience buying from Mizzue? Seems that many complained on the delivery delay, took more than 1 month to deliver. Seeing how they filter the bad posts from their Facebook and not responding to my enquiry. I've waited for bout 1 week with no status update and recently found out the price dropped from my purchase price rilling me even more lol. I'm bout to request for cancellation but their support isn't replying, so here I am, waiting.

I PMed Facebook customer care, they ask me to call the outlet directly cox they dont have information or access to check of a particular product available in store or not.

So I called, no one is picking up the call and then it answered by a machine which answered "please enter your access code". How da hell I know what access code is this lol.
