Sg Long non golf membership

Am looking to buy a condo at sg long and the unit comes w a life non golf membership which i don't need as won't be using it and don't want to pay the maintenance fee for something i don't require. The owner has migrated and insist on selling them together.

My question is, whether i shd proceed to purchase the unit and pay for something i won't be using, and is the membership in demand as i wouldn't mind selling it at a fair price to the landed property owners who may have better use for the membership.

All advice appreciated. If there is anybody keen of getting if off me pls pm

Green Acre Condo Sg Long

Am looking at buying a unit there for investment and also own stay later when i retire(maybe) and found an intermediate unit in Green Acre Condo being offered at Rm170K but can still negotiate further. The unit is 1012 sq feet in size and is on the 1st floor facing another unit. It is currently tenanted but I do not intend to keep the tenant but am worried about finding another tenant.

Is this a good buy? Appreciate feedback or comments from current owners in Green Acre.

Also if any other owners considering to let go their unit, can just PM me, as I want to have some comparisons as well.

ASTRO TV relocation but don't want to rewire

Hi

Currently my HD TV is linked to ASTRO decoder via the S-video output. The ASTRO cable is linked to the decoder through the normal wall outlet. Lately the family decided to redo the living room and this then changes the HD TV location to another part of the living room where there is no wall outlet for the ASTRO cable and my family doesnt want to hack the walls to conceal the cable nor patch them on to the wall or ceiling as it would make the living room unsightly.

Can anyone recommend a wireless device where I can connect the HDTV via SVideo and also receive signal from the ASTRO decoder if I am to leave the decoder where it is currently located?

Hi - my first thread in this topic

Was shopping last week in Klang and ran across a trailer promoting a HK comedy set in the sword-buckling period with weird scenes, like Titanic I jump you jump scene, and other spoofs from western movies. Most of HK comedy actors appear in this comedy movie. Anyone know the name?

Hello - my Wira has several areas on the engine bonnet which has slightly rusted - can anyone recommend me a chop shop in USJ or Subang Jaya area to get a replacement bonnet and send to the spray shop to spray the paint on
