Water Bills when pipe faulty

Hi,

i've rented my apartment to a couple and they have not paid for the water bills for few months.
1st it is due to the main waterpipe is faulty
2nd is the master bedroom waterpipe is faulty

for case 1: i can complain to Syabas and ask for revision hopefully after my appeal.

for case 2: isn't the tenant have to bare that bill and not the landlord? because i don't know how they use the pipe until it leaked.

I may have to fork out the money to repair the pipe but the bill shall goes to the tenant rite?

Update payslip to Credit Card Bank

Hi,

Anyone gets a call from your Credit Card bank asking to update them your latest payslip?
As mention by them from next year onwards credit card credit limit will be based on your annual income.

If you have 36K annual income you will entitle to 6k (36/12 = 3K x double)

new rules from government or just by the bank itself?

Catering misc charges

i'm planning for a party and asked for 200 paxs.
They quoted rm28 per pax and the misc charges as below:

Transport RM30
Waitress/Waiter RM50 x 5 persons
Cook RM50 x 3 person
Canopy provided 2 FOC and extra 1 canopy for RM250

why did they charge us for the 'cook' when the food is ordered with them ah?
is this normal or im being slaughtered

With our living standard being so high until can match with SG, Australia and even more.
Daily groceries prices increased so high and even a bowl of noodles now cost 4.50 to 5.00...

However our country still lack in the facilities or accommodation...

1) Transport - Lousy planning on public transport
Paid for a 1st class train coach price but get a 3rd world standard train coach unit
paid your taxes but the road never seems to be in good condition unless election is near!

2) Housing - Pay 2-3 times the price of actual cost
House price increase like crazy until we can sooner match SG & HK(island)
Less Reserve Forest now as they was paid for new development went their state is out of land.
Instead of looking on why price hike/control, Gov come out with a ridiculous tax reduction for new house <250k

3) Internet - Paid for 1st world standard but gets 3rd world speed
Being the nation with most bloggers but with low speed internet, bangga?
Becos they can't do much except for blogging on static page, fast loading, with text only page.

anything to add on the list????
hope the new GOV we gonna elect will do much better in this....
we have given the current GOV too many years of development
best things done by Tun M*H*tir, at least his idea is more reasonable than building another world high rise building..

I would like to buy a 3D glasses and any recommended place and also price?
Do i have to buy the same brand with the TV (Sony)?

i've got a fren who is a chaser rather than being chased after by girls.
He got some nice cute pretty girl frens but they all just some close girl frens.
i know this as i personally joined their outing b4.
he tried to go after them b4 but was rejected with excuse 'better be fren'

When my fren recently started pak toh with a cute and pretty lady, all his
close gal's fren start to curious on

-why he manage to get such a pretty and hot body girl
-why would this girl being with him (he is not handsome but not ugly)

he bought a house recently and these close gal frens started to getting 'closer'
to him when gf not around him.

intimacy like BJ, Naked and more involved with these gals.

He asked me why would these girl fren suddenly change of attitude and until this level.
I can't help to answer this but then i told him that i envy him
