I have already sold my existing car to a car salesman and getting a new.

Question: Can i get a runner to perform roadtax cancellation? and can cancellation be done without the original roadtax and car geran?

p/s: Please don't advise me to get the new car salesman to do it due to other reasons.

Tenant Issues - Advice required

Hi Everyone,

Need some of your advice or experiences in dealing with such matter.

I have a tenant who is supposed to stay until 15th May since he does not want to renew the tenancy agreement. However, he is extending the stay until 15th June (i am ok with this cause i still hold an additional one month deposit at that point of time).

As of today 20th June, he still not yet move out and despite me getting the agent to push him hard either to move out or to sign a new one year contract, things are not moving.

In the worst case scenario, what can i do? can i report it to the police? or any other methods within the law?

Question on Geran (during selling my used car)

i am going to sell my car to Mr A. Mr A has agreed to use his own runner to go and have the car checked by Puspakom, transfer, etc. Hence, he has requested me to provide him my original geran. Here's my question:

I assume his runner will also need to take my car to check at Puspakom. Isnt this very very risky?

i suppose the best way is for me to ask my own runner to do right rather than saving that money.

please advise.

Can i purchase a car whereby the loan is tagged to 2 person (but ownership is still tagged to 1 person)? Similar to buying a house. Was thinking is this possible in the event 1 person's name might not be enough to secure a 90% loan.

i understand having a guarantor is an option but will like to seek other possibilities
