My experience is in the various big league pizza <br />franchise several years. Have another partner who have worked at a multi unit pizza and pasta restaurant before<br />, also have background in several famous brand name food franchise. <br /><br />My pizza place would be serving thin crust pizza, pasta, side items and limited offer of dessert. My target market would<br />be middle class professionals and expats, tourist from nearby hotels, and families. <br /><br />Can anyone who have experience care to share ?
