Should i leave my job as Design Engineer

i am a design engineer working in a MNC. It is a Japan electronic giant company. i already service for 3 years. now salary is RM2.6k plus allowance RM200/month. Increment is not much and promotion is base on seniority. i hold a degree in mechanical engineering and also Master of Business Admin. Should i stay or leave as i feel that my salary is relatively low compare to my buddy same uni as me last time. if i should leave, any good company to intro.. Thanks for your valuable opinion.
