Need to vent

Being positive and BEING are 2 different issues.
Regardless how hyped you are, being able to be extroverted when needed, when you are told that you are no longer required due to reasons that are their own faults it just brings you down. More so if positive changes are just being seen.

Blaming won't help. Yelling is useless. Getting angry is no use. But that dull achy feeling of uselessness, failure, depression is prominent.
Having someone to talk to would help, but the yappy feeling is not there while feeling like this. So I just can vent..

ABUSE of YOU TUBE in OFFICE

I am unable to locate a website that can help me for this:

1. We have found that our office staff are abusing the internet and running YOU-TUBE during official hours
2. Responce to email / work in general have been affected
3. Though we do allow recreation time during office hours, we would like to limit this to lunch time and after official hours
4. Internet browsing must be allow as to search for information and etc

.. With the above, my questions are:

A. Is there a port that I can disable on the network router to block You Tube?
B. Can Bandwidth Limiting deter You Tubing? How do I Limit Bandwidth?
C. Any Other Ideas?
