To start off,

Anyone has more reliable agent and or financial advisors as i feel like I am talking to monkeys and the end conversation with the people I am dealing with and is not even fruitful. Urgh

Deep inside I feel angry, hurt, stupid and so on.

Long stories short, for the past 4/5 years I chuck my EPF savings from Account 1 to invest but I have monkey agents who chuck the money away in both CIMB Islamic DALI Equity Growth Fund & CIMB Islamic DALI Equity Fund

I didnt know much in the past and its more of "okay go do your magic" but magic never happens after 5 years
I am not sensitive person to keep an keep an eye daily, weekly or monthly on both accounts. I just wanted to come back 5 years later and walla can see increment in my savings..
Which end up the other way so really I like to ask for more advice and opinion

By the way, I am not fully literate on investment but do have some literacy in it.

Here is where i stand :

Its not to bad of a loss, but thinking that if i have just chuck it safety in my KWSP, I should have earn average 6% a year.
Nonetheless too late to dwell on it.

I like to ask for further advice and opinions

1. Should I just leave the funds into both? Ofcourse we cant predict the future but i bought during price was high/peak. So to come to this point again or higher would be quite a risk, dont you think?
2. Should I withdraw and put back in my KWSP?
3. If number 2 happens, if i decided to reinvest in other areas, how much could I withdraw to reinvest?
4. I have RM3,600 available in my account now, should I put in DALI? (price is low, maybe it will go up in future?)

Someone who is close to me has been accepted/selected into the US Green Card program.

They will go for an interview soon, then submit documents and yada yada

Once everything done, will the consulate in Malaysia’s American Embassy submit the information to Malaysia Goverment?

So asking will this person loses their Malaysian citizenships?

Technically American does recognize multiple citizenships but Malaysia only accepts one.

So wondering will it be an issue? They are concern that Malaysian US Embassy declares to Malaysian Gov.

Why would someone take the fault on other's...

I have been trying to figure out something and I cant quite get it. I am wondering if others might share their thoughts, idea's or opinion

Imagine this scenario.

You are driving with your love one by your side. Could be BF/GF/Husband/Wife/Mum/Dad/Son/Daughter or just someone you care and loved the most, someone you can't live without.

So your love one is driving, and somehow, ACCIDENT happen and killed someone.

Would you take the fault and say that you were driving? So that the person wont go to jail, etc etc.

If you would, why would you do it?
If you don't, what makes you think a person would do this?

Okay well, I kept on procrastinating about this..

But I gotta get an Insurance but IDK whats the best or value for money.

Also, How much do I need? Should i get 10x salary? 20x? or same price as house? 2x price of house???

ATM, relying on company insurance.
Medical history, my dad has multiple myeloma cancer, my mum just high blood pressure, but nothing serious

This month alone I got some minor/major injuries, nose bleed + bout 10 cm blood clot came out from my right side of the nose, fell down twice, tonsil swollen, tetanus shot that gave me the motion to faint

also my speech is slurring, everytime need to talk i have to fous and think, then need to say word by word, cannot talk like normal, and became tired of talking (like forcing myself to talk)

Any sifu who has knowledge on few major insurance in malaysia and can pin point their difference are highly appriciated

WTA- Cosmetic Item being held by kastam

Hi all,

I am bringing back cosmetic items from the states to malaysia, but very paranoid thinking about the items being held by custom/kastam.

I have purchase a total about 370 items, but have breaked it into 5 boxes. (means i will get 5 packages)

Even still, each package may hold about 50 - 90 items.

As i know, cosmetic items is not taxable, as checked in http://tariff.customs.gov.my/

However, i did read in a few other thread, as well as stories from friends and from the same circle, that there is a few instance the cosmetic item was being held by customs and demand tax even though the item is not taxable. I heard stories as well that there is one girl, she had to get clearance from KMM (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia). Another story that i've heard, that there someone bought cosmetic items in terms of perfume and needed to get the "nota farmasi"

Hearing all of this stuff really scares me!

How do i get the "nota farmasi" anyway?

Any tips on how to avoid tax as well as avoid the items being held by kastam?

I am thinking to open a company with a permit/licence to do export/import of cosmetic item. would it work?

What is the procedure to get the permit/licence?
