1 floor below break tank ooncerns?

I'm considering a condo unit in a building with approx 40 floors.
The building has 2 break tank, located at 17th and 34th floor.
The unit I'm looking at is on lv33. 2 units available, one is direct under the break tank, and another one is slightly offset to the left side of the tank.
May I know besides potential noise (understand depend on brand of the break tank and insulation), what are the pros and cons?
I'm not sure how break tank works, does it will affect the water pressure too?

GAN charger with good quality except Prolink?

Hi Guys, currently i am using 2 Prolink chargers but one of them no longer able to charge device despite just 1 year + 2 days old. As warranty already expired and support said not covered anymore, I'm planning to get other brand of charger, any recommendation? Ugreen? Aukey?

York inverter aircon not switch off on scheduled t

My York aircon seems no longer auto switch off in scheduled timer. It happens 5years ago when I brought it. At the end York told that remote control for that batch is having issue and change all for me. These 2 mths it happen again and most of time won't turn off but sometime it does work. Anyone know actually what is the issue for this?

MPKJ Extension Approval Runner

Anyone know best offer of 100mbps/300mbps fiber package now except for Time which my area don't have it.
Currently i still with Unifi 100mbps with rm129, contract just ended. Unifi is calling and offer 300mbps rm159 without hypetv but with another 2 years contract renewal.
Basically I don't really need MESH as i already got my owned set.

Any other best offer in the market now? Not limited to Unifi.

my fiber is located a living room and i do have weak signal at kitchen, bedrooms on upper floor. There is no LAN port on 2nd floor middle area but I am planning to get a wifi router on it. I just wonder the only option for me is mesh system with wireless backhaul?

Long time didn't change atf and engine oil

My kampung has a blm and basically nobody drive it. It is more than 10 years old with mileage 24k. I do recall it never change atf, last engine oil changed was done in 2 years ago. I have plan to change engine oil in these few days. I just wanted to know actually is there any maximum duration that engine oil and atf must be change?

How about break oil, power steering oil and etc?

For example,
Valuation 250k but selling price is 200k. Obtained 250k loan.

Can be done and owner could marked up selling price? At the end how can I get back the extra 50k?
