MBBS After STPM

I would like to ask if there are any Universities offering MBBS which are affordable and are of good quality?
So far I had come across AIMST, UTAR, UCSI and AUCMS.

My STPM CGPA : 3.67 (A,A-,A-,B+)

These are a few of my questions:
1. Which one should I apply for?
2. Which one will I have higher chances of getting in?
3. How much penalty do I have to pay if I withdraw after the course commenced? (For UTAR MBBS as its intake is in May while others are in August)
4. Should I apply ASAP?

STPM 2012, Continue Or Not? Opinions please...

I am currently taking STPM 2012. However I found it rather difficult to enter the course that i desire, that is MBBS. My school counselor told me that STPM is very hard to enter MBBS even with 4.0 flat. In that case, i thouhgt of taking foundation in science rather than STPM, any suggestions? I heard there is an october intake for foundation studies in UTAR, is that true? Should i give up STPM? Guides and suggestions please... HELP!!!
