Anyone tried the Taobao Global Direct Shipping service here - what was your experience like?

My items are currently stuck in the warehouse and I don't know why!

Hi guys - need your help here please..

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Unifi
Location: Kerinchi
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztec 305-E (not sure)
Router: stock unifi router

Problem details
First occurrence of problem: since yesterday
Problem description: Discovered yesterday AM that the stock modem provided by TM wasn't working (doesn't switch on)

So, have tried plugging another ADSL modem in, but it doesn't seem to be working - still no internet connection

What am i doing wrong?
