Sudden show cause letter

Please help me. My company gave me 2 show cause letter
One is gross negligence. The other is spreading gossip. For this 2 letter my immediate superior never said anything or advise me It just suddenly they send me this 2 letter. I was shocked and devastated. After replying the letter and explaining the accusation and further asking for clarification they never reply. After one week they requested me for domestic inquiry. I try to check with hr but they refused to answer me. Then I ask my boss director but he ask me to go home and wait for the decision. My immediate superior said he doesn't know how why also.My company has been losing sales during this year and almost 30 percent sales has dropped. Can please advise what is happened because clearly I never did the above 2 accusation. If I did there should he somehow a meeting..but no meeting straight give 2 letter in one time??? Has this happen to any one here before? What should I do?

i have a question to ask my fellow forummers

first i just started working in this company for 1 year. at first all is good. then later they start asking me to buy things by give false terms.

i feel so guilty, i know they wont pay on time. even that i also dont know what to do

ethically we shouldnt lie. but business world is really dirty.

if they pay prompty or maybe later a 2-3 mths is still ok. but now..is really bad.

please advise should i quit this job and look for a new purchasing job, or quit doing purchasing. please dont tell me to continue to lie. cause i dont think i got the heart to do that.

I bought a big bottle ( inside got around 50 small bottles ) of lennox firming and whitening grape flavour drink at the guarding warehouse sales for rm95. the actual price is rm 149. since is so cheap so i buy and try,

but something weird happen. i drink the as per instruction for one week plus then something happen.

i keep feeling like want vomit for the next few weeks....i stopped taking the drinks now. and i only recover after almost 2 weeks never take the drink.

my question is - is this caused by the lennox, and if it is what can i do? seek refund? already pass the refund period of 1 week as per the guardian receipt.

please advise

Need Advise - Beauty Centre

Im seeking advise regarding my situation. I have signed up for a Flexi Package of message and facial at one beauty centre in Taipan Usj, I have been their customer since 2007. I just signed a new package this year ( not knowing that they have changed their management) and is still paying via credit card installment plan. Lately i have noticed a huge change in the new management style which also changed the way their current staff treating their customer. What is worst their manager is the one that is implementing the new so called procedure.

Previous management never ask you to buy any of their products. At most they just promote and inform you. Their staff are also very relax and helpful. My few visits there lately has caused me many unhappiness as they are always persuading me to buy their products. I of course did not agree, and when i do not agree i can somehow feel the staff mistreating me eg, speeding the length of my message and denying me of the usual treatment that i am entitle. Due to that i have reminded that of the usual treatment and they just nodded their heads and pretended to forget again. Today was the worst as the staff that providing me the treatment keep asking me to put a deposit of RM50 which i am not interested to buy.

I want to ask for advise -

1. Can i cancel the package and ask for a refund? Im not sure if i can do that since i am paying the bank on every month, so far i have made 3rd payment and there is another 9X.

2. Can i complaint to the manager? I have considered this before, but even when i disagree to buy the manager show her face to me. Imagine she never even greet you or say goodbye to you , just because i refuse to buy. SO if i complain to her wouldnt that sound like looking for an arguement? I am hesitant because if i argue with her and still unable to get my payment i still got to see those people since my package is still not over.

Please please advise me cause i feel really frustrated

I meet this guy in gym and we chatted on msn few times. One day he asked me out but i turn him down because i couldnt make it. However i make it a point to say will meet up the next time.

after that he avoided me in the gym and even stop chatting with me in msn. I did buzz him but he did not even bother to reply. Surely after he avoided me i also buat bodoh la...what else can i do? but it troubled me cause i dont understand. why is guys like this. Suddenly they are frenly, suddenly just go disappering like they dont even know who u are?

Please help to advise cause i dont know what else to think about what happen. What did i do wrong???
