[Advise Needed] Bought a car from a Bankrupt

Hi guys i need some advise from you guys
Here is the simple list of my story flow :
- I just bought a proton persona from a second hand dealer
- The dealer said the previous owner changed to a better car so he sell of his car
- I think its a good deal and decided to buy the car
- The process seems going well , after i pay downpayment , the car going puspakom checking pass , the loan get approved , the insurance registered
- I took my car happily
- The 1st month , i pay my loan installment on time. Problem occur after 2nd months , i realize my loan fully settled , i was shocked
- I ask the bank why my loan is settled , they tell me my second hand dealer paid all of it
- After few days , i received a call from car dealer , they said the car i bought is from a woman that already bankrupt , bank unable to transfer ownership to me
- I went discuss with the dealer , the dealer promised me will settle this problem as soon as possible , he will send some document to MDI (That was december 2011)
- Until today , my problem havent solve , i went to bank manager and the manager again promised me to settle it this few weeks

Here is my problem :
How can my car loan get approved without transfer ownership
How can i get my insurance get registered under my name , but the car is not mine
The dealer lie to me by selling a bankrupt car to me

So i need some advice to get thru this ~ Any action i can do

Where to find capacitor?

Hi guys
my samsung monitor having blinking issue since last week , been serving me for 4 years , so far so good
im think to repair it myself after i found its a common issue in this monitor by replacing 3 capacitor in the monitor's power supply will fix the issue
i open up the monitor and found this 3 capacitor really in bad condition (pop up)
i wonder where can find this 3 capacitor to fix my monitor
the capacitor isCapxon branded :
330uF / 25v
2 x 820uF / 25v

i wonder there is better solid cap to replace to make it last longer

Hi guys i need some help here
i kena saman yesterday for running at emergency lane
i still under P , so i abit worried abt this
wht shld i do now? can i do rayuan for this?and im not sure this saman is by JPJ or PDRM , how to identify this?
can anyone help me?
