Need help with bugs on the wall

Hi folks. I need some help with this. The picture attached is a heavily cropped image of a bug that's crawling on my walls. It's in almost all the rooms of my new condo.
I also noticed the bug on the walls outside. Anyone can help to identify it and any ideas on how to handle this?
When you look at it with your naked eye, it looks like dots on the wall, however when you blow on it, the dots start moving.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi All,

I have a question regarding name change for new property. I have 2 condos. My first condo, it was all fully handled by the developer and I only had to pay the bill. Now for my second condo, I received a letter asking me to go to the Majilis Perbandaran office and change the name myself, and to bring my SnP for the process.
My question is, whose responsibility is this? I'm confused now.

Elba EGC-9874 - Glass Top Cover

Hey guys, I've just got an Elba EGC-9874 Free Standing cooker and I found the tempered glass top cover doesn't stay open. It easily "falls" down to a closed position.
I've adjusted the feet to level the unit but it doesn't help much. Is there something wrong with it or is there any way i can ensure the cover stays open? My place is very windy and I'm afraid the unwanted might happen.

Living in Taman Bukit Serdang

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to move to Taman Bukit Serdang however I noticed that the area is primarily Chinese. The housing area I'm planning to move into consists of 100% Chinese homes. Does anyone have any experience living here as a non-Chinese? Although I have no issues living in any community, my concern is they may not like my moving there and might cause issues. Any thoughts?

HTC One Maxis No Stock

Hey guys. I'm sure there's more than a handful of people out there who are looking for the HTC One from Maxis.
I've just ported my line over to Maxis to find that every shop or Maxis Center I go to or contact does not have stock of this phone and they do not have any ETA either.

The purpose of this post is not to rant.

IT Consulting Business

Hi all,

I was just thinking of starting an IT consulting business but I have not clue about marketing.
Any ideas how I can make my presence felt?
How do I get the companies out there to realize that I'm here and furthermore, get them to at least spare some time to listen to what I have to offer.

I've thought about websites but it kinda lacks the personal touch I'm looking for.
