Few months back right after Singapore’s MCO version ended, this guy had a date with this 8-9/10 girl whom he met at his workplace. First date nothing happened but second date went back to her place. How to get new birth cert that has 2 languages?

I’m about to apply for PR in Singapore but to play safe, it’s better for my birth cert to have English in it which the old one that’s handwritten that I have now is in Malay.

1. Can my mom get a new copy on behalf of me? Birth cert is with my mom, I’m overseas.
2. Found it on google but not sure what it is, is the “replacement” called extract of birth cert?
