New iPad WiFi issues.

As shown in the picture above, I have a really huge issue with my new iPad (64GB, WiFi, age = 6 days) which AppleCare refused to acknowledge that I am facing such issue. The problems I am facing regarding my new iPad are as follows -

1) Frequent intermittent disconnections. Every 15-30 minutes upon using it, I will face disconnections and it'll be really hard for me to re-discover and connect to my router's SSID. Heck, some SSIDs can't even be discovered by the iPad (as evidenced in the picture above by cross-referencing it with my iPod touch.

2) Even if I manage to connect to my desired router, I am facing somewhat rather slow connections (as opposed to my other computers AND my iPod touch etc - I am having a 20Mbps connection anyways)

3) The receiving signal of my desired WiFi router is considerably lower compared to other devices of mine (my Android phone, PCs etc)

I have made a report to AppleCare, and they asked me to send my device to any authorised apple service providers in Malaysia (there's no official 'Apple Stores' here - only resellers). And I just received my unit back from the warranty claim today in which they did nothing on it as they claimed that everything is alright. But yeah, admittedly there's a slight dent on the bottom right side of my iPad, picture below. which they acknowledged but honestly I don't think it will affect the WiFi antennas in any manner obviously :-

I am really confused right here as a consumer, I believe I deserve better treatment from Apple. :/

I really do need some advice from you guys, on how to further discuss upon this issue with them.

(WTA) Subsequent Waranty Coverage after iPad dent

Hey guys,

Based on your experiences of warranty claims with AppleCare/normal Apple warranty, what are the odds of getting a successful iPad warranty claim after obtaining an unsightly, unfortunate dent on my iPad? This is because - due to the usual Apple iProduct problems (such as home/sleep/volume buttons getting stuck etc being really imminent - heck, i have replaced my iPod touch 5 times before this thanks to the build quality.

This is my new iPad 64GB WHICH unfortunately got dented as THE stupid casing (Ozaki iCoat Slim-Y or whatever bullshit) DID NOT protect my iPad from the slight fall (which is from my knee to the floor anyways - and the case detached itself upon impact to the floor). =____=. My iPad is 4 days old and I have heard of people getting their warranty void because Apple refused to honour damages done in this manner (they even placed cosmetic damages to be in the same category as "water damage".

Hence, any advices upon this as I have extended 2 years of AppleCare alongside this at point of purchase. =_____=

i wanna know whether is it possible to install mac on my new hp laptop...

specs:

Intel Core i7-2630QM (2.0GHz, turbo up to 2.9GHz).
8GB DDR3 RAM
750GB HDD
ATI Radeon 6770M graphics (1GB)

I think most of the specs above already the same/better/worse than the rm6k+ macbook pro right? anybody can help out here? don't mind paying to hack my lappie. xP

P1 4G Wimax One Plan Report

So guys, i've just subscribed to the P1 one plan just now and honestly i'm quite amazed by the speeds leh!

Location: Bangsar (behind BSC)

Plan: One Plan 169 (5Mbps/1Mbps) - 30GB shared quota.

Best of all - the promoter just say i need to pay 100 bucks to use it...

i'm really really impressed leh. YouTube 720p no buffer at all, and i can download movies at 500+KB/sec. I can barely watch youtube now on my unifail. ;(

Hey guys,

I'm interested in getting an internet connection. Is P1 any good? I can't use Unifi and etc since my area is not covered. but yeah, i need to have a good internet connection to download movies etc. And btw, does P1 block any sites?
