1.If rural area with pole but no copper line(stolen by thief@ka mat dadah) TM can replace right but does the cost spend by TM or GOV?

2.If there is no pole and no copper line who will have to be the one replacing it? TM net? or GOV? or us?

i wanna know i'm a 1 MB user capped 1MB(0.88MB).. so my question is how much can the internet support because now it being leech so bad i cant imagine can it does this?

me a PC with 3 laptop and 1 more pc mean 2PC 3 laptop on 1 MB line can it support? and if i wanna share printer via Wifi Router can it support that too? plus a Wifi iPhone?
