Hi Just want to gauge opinion on this condo if its worth to buy or not. Just went there today Price range between RM350 to $410 per sq ft
Surrounded by golf course and new mega mall construction in progress.

Looks good for own stay but is it reasonable as investment also in case want to resell later

appreciate feedback from all sifu's

Interior finishing quite nice, free wet/dry kitchen cabinets, aircon to all rooms and living plus storage water heaters to bathrooms
