Question regarding mortgage loan

First of all, sorry if I post at wrong place.

So my loan got approved with 2.8% interest rate.
Asked banker about the loan type and is semi-flexi.

Asked about fixed term with fixed interest rate and he replied with "no banks offering that anymore"

Few questions regarding this:-
1) is it really no banks offering that or the banker lied to me?
2) IF there is basic term with fixed interest rate, will the interest rate be the same? if not, what would be the estimated lowest rate?

sudden mental unstable

anyone here have experience with a person go mental unstable (insane) in a sudden?
what are the symptoms at first?

person i know seems unable to remember most of details in his life...
like memory lost. unable to remember family member's details.
some memory also seems jumble up..remembering wrong person,
that person still response normal, but details of it are wrong.

will go see psychiatrist later. but just want to know if can cure this problem.
right now trying to keep himcalm and discard from thinking too much and helping to regain some memories...

im not closed to the person. but still sad listening to the story.
so trying to gather much information if possible anything that can help him

Kia cars

Greetings car sifus,

I would like to know more about current situation for Kia's cars.

I am planning to buy car next year and considering all kinds of cars that fits my requirement.

What got me interested in Kia is the Kia Rio sedan. It's filled with nice/good features and safeties compare to other car on the same segment.

But what bugs me is the in past, Korea cars are known but not reliable, high maintenance, high FC and lots of negative comments.

But that's the past, I would like to know more about their reliability now, their maintenance (cheap or expensive?).

Base on my research by looking at reviews by current owners, seems like still with the past image of them (high FC, bad SC).

Hi, I would like to ask about the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL camera compare to Microsoft Lumia 640XL.

for start both are 13mp and lumia 640xl have carl zeiss lens. I never seen zenfone camera on action before, so I would like to ask for inputs from current users about Asus Zenfone's camera..
