Talking to someone who has herpes

So I recently got to know this person, he seems very normal, healthy and like any typical young adult. We talk like normal, face-to-face. Sometimes I sit beside him at tables during lunchtime or work, and when he cough or sneeze, like any other person, I'll hold my breath for a few seconds like what most of you would do.

Then he told me he has herpes on the mouth area, though I have no idea where in the world did he get it from. He has never had any sexual contact. He doesn't look like he has herpes. I've never seen any herpes mark on his face. I only knew because he told me. But then, I don't want to get herpes from him. Yet I still have to talk to him, for work purpose.

I think a lot of people in this world has herpes, or so it seems based on what I read. But since you know someone has herpes, would you still want to talk to that person? You surely wouldn't want to get it too just through being friends with them. It's like you know and you are asking to get it too. What can I do regarding this issue?
Headaches, not sleeping well, slouching

So did you had braces before? Pulled out four premolars? Had those extraction spaces closed up by retraction from the pulling forces of braces? Then I suppose you have difficulty opening your mouth to the fullest, sometimes you would hear a bit of crack sound. You got headaches as well sometimes. You breath through your mouth when you sleep. You slouch a lot and you don't walk with a straight posture with shoulders back and chest out.

It all comes down to the fact you had those premolars extracted and the spaces closed up by braces.

Walking outside

When you are out on the streets, or anywhere outside of your house, you are walking towards your destination. There are people almost everywhere, especially in the cities. So while you are walking, the person in front of you or near you or maybe even far in front of you, sneeze, or cough, or blow out his mucus, or do whatever you can imagine. Then you just walk right through all that bacteria, whether you know it or not. How do you feel?

One of the worst feeling you can feel

Do u all agree that one of the worst kind of feeling that you can feel, is the feeling of helplessness? Knowing that something you did in the past wasn't good, but there is nothing you can do to reverse it's effects. I don't mean the kind of regret you feel for not studying hard enough in the past or not working harder in your working life so your salary now is quite low. You can always start working hard right now if you want to.

I mean the kind of regret you feel after eating mercury in the past, or having let the dentist put mercury fillings into your mouth. There is nothing you can do about all those mercury absorbed into your body. The feeling of helplessness. It feels terrible.
Mental anguish after eating something disgusting

How would you feel after you have ate or drink something disgusting? For example, if there is a bowl of soup on a table, and there were 30+ people who have already drank the soup using the same spoon which they dip into the soup again after putting the spoon into their mouth a few times. That means all this 30+ people saliva in the soup, and then you also went and drink the soup, how would you feel after that? Any of you did this before?

When you hit puberty

When you hit puberty, what was the products that you all mostly use? Puberty was a time to experiment, but the stuff you all had been using, could have caused development problems, because puberty is the time for your growth and development. Last time I used a lot of spray-on deodorant when I was 14. I should have been drinking more milk and eating more meat rather than experimenting with deodorants.

So that means you all could be smarter or taller if you had never used all those deodorants or chemicals. They are all endocrine disruptors. We should have been eating well, sleeping well, and playing more sports, growing taller day by day. But instead, using all these stupid stuff, it affects ur growth and brain development. Now I regret for being so stupid last time.

Using deodorants could be affecting your growth

Last time when I was 14, I was going through puberty. It was the time where I should have been eating well and growing taller day by day. But instead, I spent a lot of time on my computer playing games. And not only that, I always used those roll-on and also spray deodorants like Adidas and Rexona almost 5 times a week. Before going to school, I would apply it on my underarms.

Now thinking back, it was already a few years ago. But I feel it was such a stupid thing to do because these deodorants/antiperspirants, especially the spray type, have tons of chemicals in it. Every time I spray the deodorant on my underarm in the bathroom, I would be breathing in all the chemicals. These chemicals are all endocrine disruptors. So that means, it could have affected my hormones and genes, in turn affecting my growth and development.

From using all these spray-on deodorants/antiperspirants, it might have affected my growth and the development of my brain. Yes, I'm not dead yet, I don't have AIDS/STD's, or have cancer, but I think it could have cause development problems which I would never know. I could have been taller or smarter or more better developed if I had never used all these deodorants. Thank goodness after a year, when I was 15, I ditched all these stupid deodorants and stopped using it forever. But the damage is already done.

Shared food with a lot of people

Just recently, I had this camp, and there was this game where we had to answer some questions, and if we can't answer them, we have to taste a kind of sauce. So each of us was given a plastic spoon, and every time we answered wrongly, we had to dip our spoon in the sauce and taste it. So the problem is, there were so many participants in this game, and a lot of them can't answer correctly, so every time they dip their spoon into the sauce, they use the same spoon.

So being stupid, I myself also went and dip my spoon in the sauce and tasted it, about two times. Now I'm worried because so many people use their same spoon to dip inside the sauce, so you can imagine all the saliva in the sauce. There were about 60 participants before me, so there must have been a lot of saliva in the sauce. I'm really worried, can I get any illness or diseases?

Breathing in a lot of cigarette smoke

Hi, so there's a similar thread already about this, but I'm creating another one here to get more serious replies. So about last week, I was walking towards an entrance to a building, I wasn't looking where I was going, I was staring at the ground thinking about something, when suddenly, I felt something in front of my face. It was like something blew towards me. I was curious what it was, so I tried inhaling it, and damn, it was the smell of cigarette smoke. I couldn't see where or who it came from, because I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings. So I couldn't see how close the smoker was, and whether the smoke came from his cigarette or mouth.

So I want to ask, any harmful effects of breathing in this secondhand smoke? I seriously think I must have breathed in quite a lot at one go, because the smell was quite strong and the amount of smoke must have been quite a lot until I can feel it on my face if u know what I mean. I didn't just smell the smoke, I literally felt the smoke blowing towards my face.

Breathing in lots of toxic chemicals

This was what happened a few days ago to me: I was walking towards an entrance to a building, I was deep in thought, and I wasn't looking where I was going. Suddenly I felt a sudden change in the air near my face, like the air was moving in front of my face. I was curious about what was it, so I inhaled the air, and DAMN, it was damn smelly and toxic-smelling. It was probably cigarette smoke. So I looked around and yes, I think there was someone smoking near where I was and the smoke he exhaled somehow blew straight to my face, probably the wind blew it to me. Damn, is this secondhand smoke dangerous? I think I breathed in A LOT of it....the smoke blew straight to me man. Anyone of u experience this before?

Breathing in cigarette smoke

This was what happened yesterday: I was walking towards somewhere, I was looking at the ground, deep in thought, didn't see where I was going or what was in front of me, and then suddenly I noticed a disturbance in the air in front of my face. Without thinking, I breathed in the air because I was curious what it was. And oh man, it was bloody cigarette smoke. It smelled damn strong. So I looked around and saw a guy smoking to the right of me, and then I realized that I had actually walked past a guy who was smoking, and the smoke he exhaled blew straight to me(u can say it blew to my face) because of the wind. Would there be any bad effect of the smoke? I breathed in a lot of it! Any of u had this experience before?

Do u all know that no matter where u are, even right now while u are in front of ur monitor screen reading this, that there are probably all sorts of bugs and organisms around you that can't be seen with our eyes? There are probably bugs and mites all around you, on ur clothes, in the air u breath, and so on. And there are also actually mites living in our eyelashes and face, but we can neither see it nor feel it. Well this is something I found out after reading and searching about bugs, I hope I didn't scare any of you

Have anyone saw blood coming out from a spider

Ok here's the story: I saw one spider crawling along the floor that day, so I tried using some toilet paper and tried to grab it and pick it up to throw it somewhere else, maybe into my garden. But it escaped from the toilet paper, so I tried again a second time, and this time when I tried grabbing it again, I sort of accidentally smashed the spider to the floor, and there was blood coming out from the spider. After that the spider was still moving for a while, then I think it died. So I had to pick up the spider, throw it away, and cleaned the spider blood from the floor. I want to ask if any of u have killed a spider before and blood came out from it? Is the blood dangerous?

I have a few pairs of black socks to be worn with black dress shoes+black dress pants. But what color socks should I wear if I'm wearing a pair of grey sneakers+jeans/slacks? White or black socks? I tried getting a pair of white ankle socks, and it still looks weird if my pants ride up high and my legs are exposed. The combo of my grey color sneakers+blue jeans/grey slacks(because these are common colors for pants, blue and grey) looks weird. What kind of socks should I get? Not wearing socks is not an option, I don't want my shoes to get smelly.
