CISS problem on Canon MP198

Hi, my CISS inks on Canon MP198 doesn't flow into the print-head. I've search & read from other post here and I will try all the solution.

Only one problem that i need expert's advice: I've accidentally overflowed the inks! (lift inks too high n too long). What should I do now? Hopefully that won't damage the head.
