my iswara won't start. only happen sometimes

lately my car is having a hard time to start. when i turn the key it will make a clicking sound but will never start the car. sometimes when we push the car to certain velocity, and put the car ind second gear, it will start and will be fine for few days until it happen again. went to the mechanic and he told me its the relay and the place that we insert the key is the problem. got that fixed for both at 100 bucks and the problem still persist. googled around and my symptoms shows that it is the starter problem.

so i was wondering how can i be sure that it is the starter is the problem or is there any other reason that may cause this? and if it is the starter, how much will it normally cost? don't want to get ripped off as i am not familiar with car repairs. thanks. sorry if this is not in the right thread

internet cant open other applications

well i clicked repair just now and suddenly my internet cant open other applications such as flyff.exe msn messenger n yahoo messeger.

i thought its because no data transfer occured..but the data transfer is just fine when i open browser...this is weird and it does happen a lot lately...
