From business banking to retail banking

Hoping to get some advices from the sifus in the industry. Im currently doing credit risk for business banking in one of the local banks. Recently i got the opportunity to do credit risk for retail banking for foreign bank with higher job ranking.

Is it worth changing from business banking to retail banking? My goal is to do credit risk in corporate banking (currently completing my Chartered Banker). But where i am now, 6 years without promotion.

Genuinely seek for advices from the seniors in the industry here

Confirmation Date

Hi Guys

I tried googling but cant find any answer. I was wondering, will late confirmation date has any adverse effect especially on bonus calculation? I joined the company in Jan 19, with 6 months probation technically my confirmation should be in July. However, my boss was very busy that he only did my confirmation early September. So in the letter my effective employment date is in Sept. I did clarify with my boss, if my probation extended, he said no. I also asked HR can it be back dated, they said yes. but in the date in the letter still in Sept. Anyone working with HR may can give me more insight on this matter. If no effect then, i dont mind with the later date.

Hi Guys

I'm actually new in investment. i just want to know where can i get analyst report (recommendation on sell/buy) on certain stocks (local i.e listed in bursa malaysia). if i register trading account with those bank like maybank/rhb/cimb investment bank, can i access the analyst report? if need to pay, how much?

Maybe any senior members can enlighten me.
