            <description>Hi everyone,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m planing on building a software house... well I already have my team (Programmer) that can run the company.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but what i need to know is how can i get the License? what kind of licensed that i need? as for now that i will building a software house,&lt;br /&gt;our budget is low, so I want to use an open source development toolkit, what kind of open source toolit is suitable? since i will developing website and many types of system..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks in advance.... &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
