Telecommunications Job in Singapore

I am a fresh graduate and currently I am working at Malaysia For Telecommunication Engineer. But I plan to move into Singapore to search for another job (not good in my current company).

I am just a new guy in this field, I have insufficient vision and lack of knowledge regarding of company info in this field. Could anyone share of the knowledge?
So far the most common and famous companies are:

Malaysia Vendor
1) Huawei
2) ZTE
3) Ericsson
4) Nokia Siemen
5) Motorola
6) Alcatel Lucient

Malaysia Service Provider
1) DiGi
2) Maxis
3) Celcom
4) U-mobile
5) P1 WiMax

Singapore Service Provider
1) SingTel
2) M1
3) Starhub

Recently I found that actually there are bunch of Telecommunication companies which are not well known as above company lists. These companies might be contractor, consultant and etc. If anyone know about it, can state out here? Especially Telecommunication company in Singapore because I plan to move into Singapore soon. Hopefully someone can help.

BEM Registration

Is that compulsory to register BEM? Just wondering because I realize that most of engineers don't register BEM. Is that good to register with BEM? Any different when an engineer register v BEM? How about IEM? Please kindly share share information here.

Hello everybody, does anyone has the experience in searching job through recruitment agency? Especially the experience in Singapore.
Normally what procedures are involved? What precaution notice as a candidate needs to pay notice?
Is that good idea to search job through recruitment agency? Because it seems like more easier .. possible to get job in big famous company?
