PC Stutter

Hi Guys,
I just build a new PC.
After a few hour of gaming I have experience pc to stutter, like lag, frame skip. I try to to turn on v-sync on the game setting make it a little lower quality but it still having the issue.
And after I quit the same some time I have see a small stutter during browing. But in the game is quite bad. Im not sure what is the issue exactly.

What I have suspected is my old monitor (60hz) not really sure is this the root cause.
I try to update all the driver and OC the monitor to 65-70hz from the Nvidia control panel but still having this issue.

Is there any workaround for this.

here is my PC spec.
I5 9400F
SSD (for OS)
WD Blue Sata (for game data)
16GB Ram
RTX2060.
600W PSU
Monitor AOC M2470Sw

Hi guys.
Just want to ask if this is the correct place.
Any CD collector that can share some info regarding CD pressing.

Personally i would like to get a first press Imported CD instead of remastered version.
Then I saw it have a lot of press release divided by county, Most people say that Japan press release quality are much better compare to West Germany press or the worst are from Russian press.

Any CD master in here can share some info such as what country should i avoid and which is the best?

My Monitor keep power off itself

Hi guys need some help.
I been using this monitor for few years now. And yesterday it is suddenly power off itself. I try to replug the power cord, use different power source and different cable.. It will power up back for few second and gone off again.

And today i try another new power cord just power it up without turning on my pc. My monitor stay in power saving mode for hours no issue, but once i power up my pc the same issue happen again.

Does it mean my monitor already “kong” or somethibg to do with my pc.

Hi WP8 Pros,
Today i have a problem that is my phone suddenly doesn't detect my own WIFI (been using almost 6 month) but neighbour wifi is detected.
At first i was thinking of my wifi router issue. i keep on reboot the router. still the same and i try to use my other phone (nokia 5800 xpress music) able to detect and connect to my wifi.

Anybody have this issue? please help.

I tried both direct network and via storage media. Both appear error code (80029c77) at 99%.

I help my brother to upgrade an old PC Pentium D socket 775. Since he want to play a game(not hardcore game) so i decide to put on a Graphic card.

But after i dismantle everything for dust cleaning and re-assemble it...my monitor showing Power save mode.
Not even able to enter BIOS.

I tried few step and google few solution it still wont work.

here is what i already done. and still fail.

1. Re-assemble the whole thing again.
2. Re-plug Ram more than hundred time.
3. Tried to boot up-without ram.
4. Clean the Ram Connector using pencil rubber Method.
5. Replug Graphic Card
6. Clean Graphic Card connector using pencil rubber.
7. Reset BIOS.
8. Discharged Desktop. (Power Drain Solutions)
9. Test it to other LCD.
10. Plug to the on board VGA. (during Graphic Card is plug and not plug)
11. Use different PSU.
12. Ram 2 piece i tried 1 piece ram on each slot
13. Boot without connecting to any DVD-Rom or HDD.

even if i didn't plug the power cord to the CPU and i only plug in the VGA cable my monitor light indicator will change it from white (ok status) to orange (power save mode).

Guys i need help.. any other solutions?
