NEW Windows 10 installation

Hi all, I recently purchased a new 7566 inspiron and added an SSD which I plan to boot windows from. The laptop comes with windows 10.

I downloaded the windows from dell's website and created a bootable USB using rufus but for the life of me I can't get it to install into the new SSD

I have plenty of experience reformatting PCs but this one is lost on me. When booting into the BIOS/boot priority settings, it only allows me to reset the windows (which resets windows 10 on the HDD). No option to reinstall windows on the SSD anywhere!

Appreciate any pointers guys.

Hey guys, anyone has experience with both these brand's shampoo/conditioner? Been using regular supermarket brands like Himalaya and dove for a couple of years but noticed my hair has become stiff and thin. My hair used to be very soft and smooth when I was younger. Think it's time for a change.

Feel free to pitch in other brands that you have tested and is good (Aesop?). Thanks bros!

Hi all, I am providing my services in procuring semi-skilled labourers from Bangladesh for a very minimal fee.

Employers will need to provide:
- A hostel for the workers
- RM900 monthly salary (as per minimum wage law)

All paperwork will be done by my part. Fees are RM1000 ALL IN (including fees to relevant gov dept/agent fee here and in Bangladesh) per worker.

All the velvet covers (the cushions+the sofa itself) can be removed for dry cleaning. It will look brand new after cleaning. Cushions still very good and comfortable since seldom sat on.

[WTA] Best bang for buck mouse

I'm looking for a new mouse. Did some googling and see that many people recommends Logitech G400 mouse. However I found out it has been discontinued already and replaced with G400s which cost more.

Hi guys, I purchased some stuff online but I realized my order went trough twice when I receive 2 confirmation emails from the seller.

I called the bank right away to ask them to block one of the transaction but the bank woman said they can't do that as the money is already transferred.

I sent an email to the seller to ask him to cancel one of the orders but have yet to receive a reply.

Is there anything else I could do to get a refund or I'm stuck with 2 orders?

SMS scam case

Hi guys, recently my aunt and cousin got scammed by an sms company. What happen was they both got billed few hundred ringgit by a company using a number 33*** (I can't remember the exact numbers).

Everyday they will spam both their phones with sms and apparently they got charged for each of those smses. So my aunt called the telco and they provided the info of the company which sent them the smses. My aunt call them up and they claim that they both subscribed to their service that's why they got billed. This is not the case because my aunt and cousin did not subscribe to anything. They just started bombarding them with sms everyday. The person on the phone was rude and even dared my aunt to make a police report and said it won't matter.

So I would like to seek advice here on the portals which my aunt could report to. e.g. police report, tribunal etc and what are the procedures.
