Interested in IT, need help making a choice!

I'm having a little dilemma over choosing a college and a specific course to do right now. I just got my SPM results recently and I managed to get straight As (yay). I initially thought of some other things I am interested in at first like arts and architecture but decided to go with ICT or computer studies in the end since I wanted to work with computers and stuff.

I'm not all that familiar with the things and terms under ICT however. I just know generally I'd like to work with maybe programming, coding, designing software, etc. (not too interested in the "physical" computer aspects like motherboards and specs). I'm a little confused with the terms like IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering. Which one covers what I'd be interested in working in? My parents suggested I do software engineering and the foundation course for it but when I checked some college's websites I'm not sure whether it goes under the IT section or the engineering section. I'm not too sure which foundation course to take either for this (I'm assuming Foundation of Science?).

Another problem is the college to go to. Like mentioned earlier my parents initially planned for me to do the foundation programme at HELP Uni College since my sister goes there and it's near my home in Damansara Utama. We recently found out it's not that good a place to study IT/ICT however so now they're kinda pressuring me to decide which college to go to and what course. I've lurked around these boards and in most of the IT-related topics APIIT, MMU, UCTI and KBU are mentioned. Which would be the best one to go to?
