Sell prop.(Final payment)

Hi.

I' m selling off my properties which is drag about 4 months now

Just now lawyer called and say the cheque (balance after sell off) has been sent or prepare to lawyer office.

Since I at Johor now, and the prop is in N9, lawyer say buyer wan me to courier the key to lawyer office so buyer can see the property.

So, should I send the key to the lawyer or not? Is there anything need me to aware off?

Hi guys.

I got interview invitation for this company. Anybody ever heard about this company? From my reading they are Taiwanese company but subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, US and Singapore. But US and Spore only for sales.

Ever heard about this company?Is it good? Quite far from my current workplace. FYI I'll be interview for R&D Engineer.

Hi all.

I interested to join this company for next step of my career.

I have 4 years experience as Product Engineering for injection and press moulds. Basically my job scope is to stabilize new model launch by focusing more on mould investment and performance at our supplier side.

My passion is to perform improvement activity such as reducing injection cycle time and reduce defect rate.

Question : Is there any job opening at Honda?. I prefer job opening which deal more with new model launching or mould maintenance.

[WTA] Buying Apartment Lower than Market Price

Hello,

I've been searching around for a condo/flat/apartment for own stay.

According to the agent the owner now is in Singapore so owner wanna let go his property.

WTS : RM 120000
MP : RM 140000~150000

Question : Will l get loan RM 120000 @ RM150000 according to MP ?

If I get loan RM150000 then, I will hv to fork out extra money per month.

Is it possible to request a bank loan according to owner willing selling price ?

Hi,

I'm new in insurance things. Currently I subscribe CIMB AVIVA Smart Pro (RM25/month) to have back up to my family if something happen to me during an accident.

Benefit : Accidental Death RM100k, Additional 100% if Accidental Death occur in Public Transport and ETC

The question is this is PA and there are no fund payable if I wanna terminate the contract.

I want an insurance that cover my medical and life as well which currently I'm not subcribe.

Q1 : Is there any PA, medical and life insurance combine into one insurance ?

Q2 : In E-Filing there are tax relief for medical ( RM3000 ) and life ( RM6000 - but EPF mostly take around 90% of that amount), so how to differentiate medical and life insurance ?

Q3 : CIMB AVIVA is not qualify for tax relief because it is PA ? ( I want to double confirm with forumer )

Q4 : Could you please list down medical and life insurance for me to consider ?

I already googled it out but so many terms I couldn't understand. Please help

Hi all,

I have experience translate and interprating from Korea language to English.

I did it because of requirement from my company and I think it would be great if I can doing some part time translate Korea language to English.

Firstly, I want to do it by weekend ( Saturday or Sunday ).

I wont mind whether it is translating document or interprator job but my preference is interprator though.

Hope to see advice from u guys in term of payment and what I'm need to sacrifies doing this job.

I want to buy a single storey house direct from owner.

I din't buy any house yet so want to use loan under Skim Rumah Pertamaku.

Tho I'm eligable to use SRP, it states that u need to buy house in range 100K-220K.

So, any advice how to mark up the loan ??

Looking for Injection Mold Engineer Post

Hi all,

I'm 26 YO now and have several favour to ask.

1. I already check online for this position but since I prefer to write in forum can someone here list up any company available for plastic injection mould ?

By doin' this I can refer back any opinion from LYN members.

Please take note that my current contract will be due on March.

2. I have this thought to venture my career into other field as well. I look around for energy based industry for my next career. I spend my free time - (during lunch hour/after working hours as well) to read and study a bit about solar panel which I think can improve our life a bit by going green.

So,where can I start to ask for further info ?

3. Last but not least oil and gas industry also pay handsome paycheck but heard that its require lotsa works. So after surveying around I found a job that I think will suit me is application engineer. The bad thing is I have to start from scratch because got no experience at all. At least it still in line with Mech Eng which I once graduated.

Seems like my option is too wide and already afraid that I will make wrong desicion. How to solve this, my beloved LYN members ? Discuss.

Currently I'm at injection molding department and I'm keen to pursue my career in this field.

Do you guys know where to get info about plastic injection in Malaysia rather than relying on Wikipedia >.< ?

Maybe we have a community where people work in this area but didn't show up themselve in forum..

I'm just want to broaden my view with other people along with my peers in office.

Also want to share experience with others as well.

So, can somebody show me where to start ?

New Project in Seremban

Good day all,

I would like to stay in Seremban/Seremban 2 for next 10 years or more.

That's is my plan but now I cannot find where to get information regarding the new project for houses in Seremban area.

I already googled but cant find the answer yet.

I prefer to buy a semi-d house so my family will have comfortable life.

It seems like Sendayan project still new but that's is too far from Seremban.

Hopefully I get some info from all forumer soon.
