Hi, guys

Recently I got approached by a real estate negotiator on my unit. He called me and sounds damn rude. Starting he said he was a full time negotiator quite some time ago and now like part time basis. He gave me kind of feeling not a legit one.

Ask me to show him my house S&P if I'm interested to lease my unit. Seriously? Am I disconnected from property forum for quite some time and now got this new rule? A negotiator can easily check my ownership via land office etc. Why need a S&P..hmm

Anyway how i can verify this?

I have a question.

today i just ask my friend to help me buy a case fan...

he bought me a super big..case fan 140x140x25mm.....1000rpm (cooler master)

OMG...it totally cant fit my casing.

He bought in Sri Computers...

the box is open as tested in the shop.

May I know can pay higher price to get another small size fan...

i got the bill...

anyone know can pay more to exchange a better one?

My PC reboot after 2hrs idle...what happen? is window vista prob or my pc hardware?

i changed my heatsink, PSU, graphic card..this prob still exist

i do google it..but then no solution. forget abt uncheck auto-restart.

btw, my temp> CPU 56c, Internal Temp 49c-51c, Remote Temp 40c, HD 45c

my spec:

I go through the whole forum..yes, it did had PSP GPS thread..but then none of the info is useful except for the price and store...and the thread is die now =.=

Many keep discuss the usable of map in Msia , but then overall jz a google map.

Since its quite a long time d...may i know does the PSP GPS works like those GPS Device or handphone GPS which has voice output...

Errr...can anyone please give some info...

I know Ninja good in this PSP GPS stuff...but then he sold off the PSP GPS receiver...so means? useless in Msia? cant function like normal GPS?

Please share
