I have been experiencing a problem with internet download manager whereby when i start a download, the download speed increases to about 90 kbps and then reduces to only about 10 kbps... it never happened before until recently. can some1 help me? is there a download cap for my streamyx?

Can anyone suggest a nice restaurant to have dinner during the moon cake festival with a nice view of the full moon with comfortable environment around PJ or nearby? Im not local, so am not familiar with the restaurants..thank you~
