PC keeps shutdown when boot format screen

here r my pc spec..

amd athlon 64 4200+
abit nf-m2s
ddr2 1.5g
250sata hd

the prob is my pc keep shutdown by it self.. i try format it, but every time when it finish loading and rech the format screen it shutdown. then i try boot live cd. also the same.. wont make till boot, then shutdown. i try change the PSU, also the same.. clear the CMOS, also the same.. Change other HD also the same.

watch the temperature at bios,

CPU 40'c
system temperature 38-39'c
system fan speed 3199-3214RPM
CPU Vcore 1.32v
VDIMM 1.80v

No display when on

recently i bought 2nd mobo which is ecs-g41t-m. used it with intel pentium duocore E2160 1.8ghz.

when i on, nothing was display out. then i try to put on gc and on also no display. just the fan moving but screen no display. total black.

i call back the seller, he said he tested ok b4 sell to me. so he ask me to go to shop and check.

so, does there anything else i can do for test ? b4 send it to shop?

My ASus laptop, A6500R (A6R series) HAVE A PROBLEM WITH mobo i think. sent it to a shop twice.

1 of them said its mobo roblem, another said i/o problem.

but i wanna try to flash the bios. anyone can help me flash it.

btw i'm looking for asus laptop repair shop. specialist in repairing asus stuff. can sum1 tell me where?

LED no have backlight or dim but still can see display. if send to repair it how much is it? do they change the whole LCD or just repair the backlight?

install os INSIDE pandrive

i wanna knw if there is a way to install any of the os inside a pandrive and 4 sure i want it to useable and bootable. so guys.. any idea? any working site?

cant detect hd when format

my laptop when boot in bios, it can detect hd. but when after loading the xp format disk, it say cant dect my hd.. then i restart, it cant detect .. so i forced shutdown, n on back, it detect back.. but format, still cant detect.. can any1 tell me wat to do? btw the hd is in gud condition.. coz i used it for external.or i should used xp in pandrive? can sum1 tell me any best xp pandrive?

i dont knw wats the prob.. switch on, nothing happen.. seems like no pwer at all.. the button also no light on.. black screen.. i tested the power cord, is ok.. then i switch to use normal crt, to test my pc.. my pc boot up... so means my lcd faulty rite? wats the prob? can be fix? is it expansive?

1st is the temperature....
now at ipoh are so hot...
well i'm just using stock hsf..

on idle
cpu temperature : around 44'c
vcore : 0.91 v
mb temperature : 46'c

full load for 15minuts
cpu temperature : max 59
vcore : 1.22 v
mb temperature : max 49'c

i wanna ask if this normal??
plus how can i reduce the heat???
is it my air flow not gud enough??
