I'm curious about the average rate that people charge per hour to develop a mobile app as a freelancee. Currently I only do hybrid app using React Native and Ionic. I don't really have freelance experience prior (except for one that I did during uni which was a mere RM18 per hour.)

I have 2 years experience in mobile development and my full-time salary is around 4k. So what would be the reasonable price to charge my client per hour?

PTPTN Repayment Waiver

I'm not sure if this question has been asked already before. But I'm curious, can I still request for PTPTN repayment waiver if I credit transfer to an oversea university during my final year of degree?

I was previously a private university student in Malaysia and studied for two years for my Bachelor of Software Engineering. I have been maintaining first class CGPA throughout the 2 years and have decided to credit transfer to Australian university for my third year. FYI, I will be graduating in the Australian university and be receive certificate there too instead of the Malaysia 1. There is no partnership between these 2 universities，so it's not an exchange program.

I know if you get first class honour you can request for waiver, but I'm not sure if that also applies to my case.

Any replies will be greatly appreciated.
